Cable squats are a great way to work your legs and butt. They are a bit more challenging than regular squats, but they are definitely worth the effort.

I recently did a cable squat workout at my local gym and it was a great workout. I started with a light weight and then increased the weight as I went along. I did three sets of twelve reps and it was a great workout.
